How spicy is your chili the lamen series?
It’s mild.
Do you have any vegetarian or vegan options?
Half of our menu is vegan. And it is tested out hundreds of times during lunch breaks from our first server, Grace, who is a true vegan eater. Do you have gluten-free options?
Unfortunately most of our dishes contains either wheat or soy sauce that is made of wheat. The only gluten-free dish is sweet and sour cucumber.
Do you allow food modifications?
We don’t allow modifications to our dishes. Each recipe is carefully crafted and tested to balance flavors and textures, so the best way to enjoy them is just as they are designed.

Do you sell your vinegar or spicy sauce?
Yes, we do! Both our signature black vinegar and house-made spicy sauce are available for purchase. You can pick them up at our restaurants.
Do you sell frozen dumplings?
Yes, we do! Our handmade frozen dumplings are available in-store, or you can order them online directly through our website.
Do you do catering?
Yes, we do! Simply fill out the Contact Us form on our website and select Catering as your inquiry type, and our team will get back to you with details.
What is the largest party size you can accommodate?
We’ve successfully hosted events as large as a 70-person wedding brunch. For parties under 20 guests, please book directly through the reservation link on our website. For larger groups, tell us your party size and needs, and we’ll be happy to work with you to make it happen.
