Our East Meets West Turkey Feast features two signature styles on one table:
• Qi BBQ Turkey Legs：rich, smoky, and aromatic, inspired by Northeast Chinese street BBQ. Marinated with cumin, soy, garlic, and chili, then slow-roasted to perfection.
• Orange-Glazed Turkey Breast： tender white meat coated with a bright, tangy orange sauce that pays tribute to classic American-Chinese comfort dishes.
House-made sides: Sweet & Sour Daikon Slaw, Sichuan Mala Tofu Skin & Cucumber, and Lotus Buns, the perfect contrast to the rich holiday flavors.
