Under Chef Hao Qu’s tutelage, Sen immersed himself in the art of Chinese cuisine, mastering the intricacies of Sichuan, Shandong (Lu), Cantonese (Yue), and HuaiYang culinary traditions. Through years of learning and practice, Sen honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of these regional flavors.
